To ensure we offer the best service to all our clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation. Missed appointments without prior notice will incur a fee of $20 for each half hour. This fee will be waived in cases of emergencies or illness. We also allow each client one complimentary cancellation, no questions asked, as we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Thank you for your understanding!
